We currently have ground floor offices for teams of up to 5, 10 and 20 people, each with its own kitchenette. More are on the way, as we’re creating new office suites on our second floor, so availability will grow over the coming months. If you need space for more than 20 staff, our corporate offices offer bespoke floors from 5,000 sq ft upwards.
Is there parking at Ram Mill?
Yes. Ram Mill has a large on-site car park, and each office comes with its own allocation of parking spaces based on the size of the office. There’s also plenty of free parking available nearby, off site.
Where is Ram Mill and how easy is it to get to?
Ram Mill is on Gordon Street in Chadderton, Oldham, around two minutes from Junction 21 of the M60 and only a few minutes from the M62. That gives you quick links to Manchester City Centre, Rochdale and the rest of Greater Manchester.
